Another job completed in Taunton 🔧

VW Caddy in for a cambelt and water pump replacement after the water pump started leaking. On inspection, the bearing in the pulley was starting to collapse — the customer was very lucky it hadn’t got any worse and the pulley had come off! 😬

All replaced and the Caddy is back on the road safely. Another job done by DW Mobile Mechanic 🚐🔧

🔧 Final clutch of the week! 🔧

Finished the week off with a 2016 Hyundai Tucson having a clutch replacement due to a failed pressure plate, which was causing hard gear selection.

Another job done and another happy customer! 👍

🚗 Another day, another clutch!

Today’s job took me over to Taunton to replace the clutch and flywheel on a Ford Kuga 2.0 diesel.

Two clutches today – keeping holidaymakers on the road! 🚗🔧

2 clutch jobs completed today, both for holidaymakers who needed their cars back to get home.

🔧 First job: Renault Captur 1.5 dCi at Finlake Holiday Park, Chudleigh. Luckily, I took a flywheel along just in case – and it was needed! The old flywheel was worn out, so that was replaced along with the clutch.

🔧 Second job: Over to South Molton to replace the clutch kit on a 2007 Ford Focus C-Max. A tough day, but another job completed and, most importantly, another happy customer able to carry on enjoying their holiday and get home safely! 👍

First clutch of the week — one of five booked in! 🔧

Today’s job took us to Taunton on a Ford Focus where the customer was complaining of the gears being hard to select.

Fitted a 3-piece LuK clutch kit and got it all sorted. 💪🔧

Another job done and on to the next one! 🚗💨
