Some more jobs completed recently.

X5 M50 in for a replacement rear bumper plus lower quarter repair for a few smaller dents.

Renault Captur having front bumper repaired and painted in 3 stage pearl red plus lower grill and silver insert replaced.

BMW 2 series having a repair that had been done elsewhere and had started to fail stripped and redone.

Ford Explorer having a replacement front door painted and fitted, along with repair and paint on the existing rear door.

We have a bit of a backlog of jobs to post up, currently struggling for time to do so! This Mito Cloverleaf is one we completed a few weeks ago but hadn’t posted yet.

With us for a full front end refresh including removal and complete strip of the front bumper due to failing/peeling lacquer, bonnet stripped and repaired for heavy stone chipping and small dents, as well as both wings blended for colour matching. The rear bumper and spoiler were also stripped and repaired due to the same failing/peeling lacquer issues a lot of solid reds suffer with.

A bit of time spent tinting colours to match the red which had faded a bit over the years, but the end result is a very tidy little car!

🚨 One of the coolest projects we’ve worked on so far! 🚨

This R34 Skyline came to us as part of a multi stage project to convert from a “standard” road car to the Japanese police car replica you see now.

After addressing some flaking paint and minor corrosion on the roof/rear arches/window frames, we also dealt with a lot of the usual fibreglass issues - cracks/blistering/holes - improving fitment in the bodykit as much as possible before painting the bumpers and skirts gloss black. A few other jobs around the car were also taken care of such as fitting mesh to the front bumper/bonnet and fitting R35 door check straps. Whilst with us DM Detailing also fully stripped and refurbed the callipers in gloss red with contrasting Nissan logos.

After leaving us it was off to Shore Wraps for the next stage, installing lower half black vinyl and the appropriate decals, Peregrine Performance then fitted the lights/aerials etc fabricating brackets to make them work with the sunroof/bodykit.

We will have a more in depth look at the process on this soon but for now enjoy the finished look 😎
