Look who is back? back again!
🚲 Welcome back Beryl Bikes!
Beryl Bikes have officially returned to Stevenage. To start with, an initial fleet of 60 upgraded bikes are being introduced throughout the week, with 19 parking bays primarily located in the town centre available for use.
More bikes and bays across a wider area will be introduced in the coming weeks.
You can find out more about the bikes, including their availability and the bays available, on Beryl’s website: https://beryl.cc/ or by downloading the app.
Please look after and respect the bikes. They are a fantastic asset for the town, and we are working closely with Beryl and Hertfordshire Police to monitor them. If you come across a bike that has sustained visible damage, please report this to Police in the first instance by either calling 101 or by submitting a Police report through the www.herts.police.uk website. If you see a bike that has been abandoned, but doesn’t appear to have visible damage, please report this to Beryl via either the chatbot on the Beryl App or the Beryl website.
A list of Frequently Asked Questions is available on the council website: https://www.stevenage.gov.uk/news-and-events/news/return-of-the-beryl-bikes.
🚲 Happy cycling Stevenage!
