Ford Galaxy in for fuel filter replacement with intermittent limp mode & when checked on diagnostics, showing fueling issues.

quick spark plug change on the ST180 using genuine plugs.

Gapped to 0.60mm, as this car is now running 300 bhp + so will suffer from spark blow at the normal Ford gap.

Genuine filters used, all supplied and fitted by us, including the bulbs.

Good comparison photo of why you should change your fuel filter more regular than the handbook recommends.

Returning customer! Ford Galaxy in for a service & some diagnostic’s.

Genuine Ford parts & oil used.

Oil leak found coming from oil filter, nothing major. Customer reported to us, car went into limp mode last week but has been fine since, diagnostic’s report fuel pressure fault at the time - customer advised on some solutions!

Mercedes Vito in for Adblue fault.

Customer stated that he kept getting Adblue low level warning when not even half empty, Adblue system reset to fix the issue.

This customer was smart enough to not ignore this, as this can end up putting you in limp mode, or even some cases, a non starter.

Ford Galaxy in for battery replacement.

Customer informs me stop/start & heated windscreen hasn’t worked for quite some time.

These systems are linked up & will not operate if the battery is not reaching its target state of charge %.

Quick charge on the original battery confirms it’s the issue as both stop/start and heated screen starts working again & then shortly stops working again.

Another extremely happy customer, that can now use their heated windscreen on these icy mornings 🥶

Ford Edge in for oil pressure solenoid replacement & fitting of new bonnet mechanism - previously stuck shut.

P066DD code now cleared & customers car now out of limp mode every time they put their foot down!

Supplied & fitted a few of these RS airbox style lids now, alongside a Genuine Ford air filter. Before/After.

Both this Kuga & Focus had a stage 1 map by JPH previously, so this will just help them breathe a little better.

A nice simple mod & an alternative to running an expensive induction kit - sometimes less is more.

“I know someone cheaper” springs to mind.

Ford Focus in for a service & TPMS fault.

Always a shock when you open the bonnet to find the customers oil filler cap completely missing & oil everywhere. Further along the service we found the oil filter not seated correctly on the locating lug & sitting in the housing incorrectly.

Genuine filters & oil cap fitted. Engine bay cleaned up & no more faults on the dash, including a quick brake light bulb change.

Quick turn around for a returning customer who’s bonnet wouldn’t open, after they had a coolant top up warning.

Managed to get in and top up with Genuine fluid. New handle/mechanism on order.
