We're looking for a Team Leader to join our growing team at Steph's Eco Cleaning Services Ltd.
✨ What we offer:
• Employed position – 15 hours per week plus overtime opportunities
• From £14 per hour
• Holiday pay, pension, uniform, and full cleaning kit provided
• Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work required
• Typical working hours 9:00am–4:00pm, with occasional cover shifts between 7:00–9:00am or 5:00–8:00pm
✅ What we're looking for:
• A full UK driving licence and your own transport
• Previous experience leading or supervising a team is desirable
• Cleaning experience is preferred
• Someone reliable, organised, and passionate about delivering excellent service
Most of our work is based in and around Leek, with occasional one-off projects across Cheshire and Derbyshire.
