This is the end of the monumental build, many times over this period it's pushed me over and over, one step forward three back and then back to the drawing board, and start again. Anyway it went from a 400 to a 500 build, every part has been rebuilt or changed which had to be the case as I started with scrap. Now it's off for mot and back to some normality untill a new idea takes over lol

This has been a very tricky project so far, but finally the new 500 engine has been installed using billet clutch cover and a resess for pv acuator. Ive had the electrics powering up. So next step is polish the frame and swing arm and get going with the rest of the build.
