Few bits we have been on over the last few weeks, some have been straight forward and other have been a bit of a challenge.

We had the Jaguar with damage down the side and being aluminium that’s a lot harder to work with than steel so took a while to get right.

We had this RCZ R in for damage to the rear quarter and bumper, this is the second R model we have had in over the last few years and they are a fairly rare model being as there is only 500 or so in the uk

The Passat rear bumper had had some previous paint work that wasn’t done great and after a couple of bumps it had all started to lift and come off, once stripped and re done properly it look as good as new

The light bar we had to fit was on the LandRover Defender we had in a few weeks back to fit the kit to, these do look smart once fitted and goes well with the rest of the car.

We cater for all aspects of body repairs from small scratches and dents to larger repairs private and insurance.

Iv used SATA spray guns for over 20 years now and wouldn’t choose any other gun now, they are constantly evolving over the years with new way to atomise the paint better.
Although the last 2 guns iv brought haven’t been for me to use just pure for display due to them being limited number made I will be moving over to one of the newer models later this year.

Today I took delivery of another limited model which was released to celebrate 20 years of , this gun looks awesome with the Union Jack flag on it.

I need to give a bit thank you to &panel for suppling me with this gun.

Later this year we will be having our reception refurbished with all our guns on display so keep your eyes on our page for when this happens

This is a Few of jobs that have been keeping us busy over the last couple weeks

Kia Soul with rear bumper damage

Kia Sportage with rear door damage

VW Transporter with tailgate damage

Ford Transit Custom with rear quarter damage

Both Kia’s done in our manufacture approved paint system as both were only 2 years old and both vans done with our none approved system, due to take age of the vans it wasn’t viable to use the approved system as cost would of been higher than with the none approved system.

Something a little different this week rather than repairs

We had the pleasure this week of fitting a black out kit to this Landrover Defender 90.
We had to start by stripping the car down removing front and rear bumpers, the arch trims and side trims.
Both bumper had to be stripped down to remove the silver trims and then fitting back up with gloss black trims.
We had to then fitting the arch trims which give the vehicle a wider more aggressive look and then also fit all the gloss black side trims.

Vehicle looks great and completely changes the look, we enjoyed doing this one for the customer

Had a lovely visit from my SATA rep this week talking about new spray guns that will be coming last in the year.
It’s always nice to keep up with new gun technology as the way it atomises paint can make a huge difference to the out come of the job.

Why he was here we installed their new pot dispenser system to help keep the mixing room tidy, he always has a few goodies as well one of which is this lovely flag now on the wall next to our art work of one of their guns 😊

Been a busy few weeks with a lot of bumper repairs going on, good job we like repairing bumpers.

We will always try and save a bumper if possible as it’s a massive saving for the customer on having it replaced.
