As part of our ongoing commitment to improving our customer service, we will be holding our first staff training session this morning, focused on enhancing communication and the overall customer experience.

After careful consideration, we’ve made the decision to temporarily step away from being an AA Approved Garage.
This decision allows us to focus all of our time and attention on our own customers while we review our future plans and continue delivering the high standard of service we’re known for.
We’re proud to say that we recently passed our annual AA assessment with flying colours. This decision is not a reflection of our standards or the outcome of our assessment—it’s simply about allowing us to concentrate on our existing customers and the services we provide.
As a result, we will no longer be accepting AA bookings for the time being, and we’re currently in the process of removing AA Approved branding from our premises and advertising.
We’d like to thank the AA for their support over the years and, most importantly, thank all of our customers for your continued loyalty and support. We look forward to continuing to provide the honest, reliable service you’ve come to expect from us. 🚗🔧
