Receptionist Wanted – Busy Car Mechanics Workshop

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and organised Receptionist to join our busy car mechanics workshop. This is a key role within our team, acting as the first point of contact for our customers and helping to keep the day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greeting customers and handling enquiries in person and over the phone
• Booking appointments and managing the workshop diary
• Communicating effectively with mechanics and customers
• Handling basic administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For:
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and organisational abilities
• Punctual, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• A team player with a positive attitude

Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 3:00pm
• Additional hours may be available
