🚨 STOLEN – PLEASE SHARE 🚨

We have had TWO – yes, TWO – JCB 542-100 Loadalls stolen from site during the early hours of this morning.

This is a devastating loss to our business, and we urgently need your help to recover them.

If you have seen either machine, have CCTV or dashcam footage, or have any information that could help, please contact us immediately or report it to the police.

Please share this post as widely as possible. The more people who see it, the better the chance of getting these machines back and helping us catch those responsible.

Thank you to everyone who shares and supports us—it really does make a difference.

🌾 The early harvest has certainly kept our mobile team on their toes, but it’s business as usual in the workshop too! 🔧

While we’re out and about keeping agricultural machinery moving, the workshop is still turning out everything from car tyres and servicing to diagnostics, wheel alignment and general mechanical repairs.

🌞 The heatwave might be great for BBQs and weekends in the sun, but it’s worth remembering that high temperatures can take their toll on your tyres too.

Hot weather increases tyre pressures and can highlight existing wear or damage, especially if you’re covering plenty of miles or working long hours in the fields.

Whether it’s your tractor, HGV, van or family car, make sure your tyres are in good condition before heading out.

🔧 WE’RE HIRING – MECHANIC / TYRE FITTER 🔧

We’re looking for an experienced Mechanic / Tyre Fitter to join the team at Will Ellerby Tyres.

We’re a small, family-run business with a great team and a loyal customer base. Many of our staff have been with us for years, and we’re looking for the right person to become part of that team.

The role will include:

✅ Diagnostics
✅ Vehicle servicing
✅ Tyre fitting and repairs
✅ General mechanical repairs
✅ Suspension work
✅ Brakes
✅ Wheel alignment

We’re looking for someone who:

🔹 Can work well on their own initiative
🔹 Takes pride in their work
🔹 Communicates well with customers and colleagues
🔹 Is reliable, hardworking and willing to get stuck in
🔹 Has a good sense of humour (essential in our workshop! 😆)

Working hours are Monday to Friday, plus Saturday mornings, with one full weekend off every month.
