Hi everyone, I have an important update regarding my fundraising challenges. ❤️
As some of you may know, it’s been an incredibly tough time for our family recently. Our little boy Archie has been in Durham Hospital for the past six weeks struggling with low oxygen levels, sickness, and trouble feeding. It's been a very stressful time as we are still running tests to get to the bottom of it and it looks like he will need to stay in the hospital for at least a few more weeks.
Because of this, family has to come first. I have made the difficult decision to postpone my upcoming Three Peaks Challenge so I can be exactly where I need to be—by Archie’s side.
However, I want to make a promise to everyone who has donated and supported me so far: I will absolutely be completing the Three Peaks Challenge later this year. I am already working with my guide to lock in a new date, my other challenges are still going ahead as planned, and I am continuing to train whenever I have a spare moment. I am doing this because the incredible Heart Heroes on Ward 23 deserve nothing less than my total commitment.
Thank you all so much for your continued love, patience, and support during this difficult time. I will let you know the new date for the Three Peaks as soon as it's sorted! ⛰️💪
