We now have a position within our workshop for a technician / MOT tester with technician experience. Hours are 8.00 am - 17.00 pm Monday to Friday and every other Saturday 8 -12 with a regular opportunity for overtime throughout the week
Ideal candidates should be able to carry out servicing and repairs on all makes of vehicle
Be competent to carry out clutch and cambelt replacement
Experience in diagnostics would be an advantage but not essential
Have a keen attitude towards overtime and teamwork
Hold or be working towards a level 2 / 3 recognised motor trade qualification

MOT training for candidates that do not hold MOT tester status ( subject to experience )

Due to increasing work volumes, we currently have a position for a service receptionist/ parts advisor

Key Roles will be :-

Dealing with customer enquires both on the phone and walk in customers

Accurately recording customer requirements and booking customers in the workshop diary

Providing quotations for basic servicing and MOTs

Liaising with workshop foreman to order parts and assemble quotes for customers

Explaining to customers about repairs and proactively following up on advisory work

Producing invoices for repair work

Restocking storeroom and booking parts in and out

Various admin duties as and when required

The position will be Monday - Friday 7.30- 5.30 with half hour for lunch and two Saturdays out of three 7.45 - 12.00

The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer facing role, must have good phone skills and a good understanding of vehicle repairs / components

All training is supplied in house so all levels of experience can apply

We currently have a position for a Class 1 or 2 Recovery Night Driver,

we are looking for a driver who is able to be available from 5pm - 6am working 6 days on, 2 days off. You must have space to store the truck at your house and we are looking for the person to be living in and around Sutton Bridge,(within 5-10 miles) i.e Wisbech, Gedney, Kings lynn etc

Your role will be recovering broken down vehicles and vehicles involved in road traffic accidents

You must hold a valid CPC card and be able to under go and enhanced DBS check

We are looking for a Recovery Controller, you will be part of a team of 4 working various shift patterns between the hours of 6.30am – 10.30 pm weekdays with 2 weekends out of 4. Your role will be to coordinate and arrange all recovery jobs received. This will involve customer interaction and also scheduling and arranging the drivers jobs. You will require good IT skills and area knowledge will be an advantage, all training will be provided in house
