Merry Christmas to all of our wonderful customers. It’s been another busy year and we thank you all for keeping us that way. The yearly painting of the shop floor has been completed so it’s time for us to take off our boots, put our feet up and enjoy some needed rest. Have a wonderful Christmas time and have a great New Year from all of us at ABC Autos. We will back on the Monday 5th January.

Today one of our crazy customers and her amazing team from Southends Neonatal Unit are dancing the day away with a 12 hour danceathon. Hoping to raising money to be used for growing families that need that little extra help at the beginning of their new baby’s life.
This is something I have seen firsthand at the birth of my own son and I can tell you that during the scary times these lovely people are there helping in every way they possibly can.
If you can please share this far and wide and please if you can, donate to such a wonderful cause.

We seem to be getting a lot of customers stating they are ringing us but getting no answer. Even when we are busy we always try and answer the phones. We believe there may be an issue with our forever problematic phone line from BT that the calls are not coming through our end. They are currently looking into the fault but please if you have been constantly calling us with no answer please message us through facebook or pop into the shop. The more information we can provide BT will help correct this issue hopefully as soon as possible.

The workshop floor has been painted so that can only mean one thing we are shut now until the 2nd January.

Can any of our customers help?
Unfortunately of Thursday 5th December around 17.00, Rob, one of our mechanics was cycling home and was involved in a hit and run leaving him with severe bruising and torn ligaments and a mangled bike. The incident occurred at the junction of Cokefield Avenue and Hamstel Road by McDonalds when a male driver in what looks like a white Toyota Prius pulled out on Rob. The driver did get out of his vehicle but then quickly drove off before anybody could get his registration. If anyone lives in this area or has friends or family that do please if you have any information or video footage please could you contact us or the police with the incident number 207-5994-24-4242-P104. We would like to thank all of those that did stop and help Rob.

New employee starts this week but he’s only temporary!! For those who don’t know this is an outstanding man named Lee Fundraiser Clark. Raising money for so many charities and trying to make life that little better for so many. Please give him a follow and if you can a little support towards so many great causes. Merry Grinchmas everyone!!

Unfortunately due to an incident down Oakleigh avenue, Southchurch Road has been shut by the emergency services. We are still open but for the time being nobody will be able to access the garage. Sorry for the inconvenience.

That’s the end of another extremely busy year for us at ABC.

We can only thank you for all your support and custom and wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a wonderful and prosperous New Year.
