S15 GEARBOX / Flywheel issues!!

Recent s15 we had in for diagnosis and fix
Came in with weird gearbox related noises.
Found 3rd and 4th gear to be worn, and oem flywheel completely shot.

Oem dual mass replaced with a good used unit
And a fresh Oem upgraded 6 speed fitted too. All noises gone and now ready to be enjoyed again 😍

S15 REVAMPPP! We loveeee a good s15 build 😍😍

This s15 was well in need of a revamp, a great base with a chassis in great condition, but showing the signs of being a 25+year old car in need of a refresh.

✅ Full underside bare metal chassis strip
✅ Full engine bay strip and repaint
✅ Engine components all cleaned up and simplified
✅ Suspension and lock upgrades to get it steering right
✅ Work wheels as every car needs good shoes 😍
✅ Link ecu
✅ Gt2871r turbo
✅ Nismo 555 injectors
✅ Bespoke chassis set up and alignment

This cars now ready for a long future with a properly protected underside and a nice set up chassis and power plant.

✅ Full tube front and custom engine bay
✅ Rb25 clean up and simplify hoses etc
✅ Top mount turbo
✅ Link ecu package
✅ Wide arch fitting
✅ all fabrication work with vibrant clamps etc
✅ Full custom exhaust
✅ Full suspension set up to have nice stance but be drivable hard
✅ lots more upgrades
✅ Engine bay rust repairs
✅ tuned

This time of year is always a busy one with one prep for the season and full blown builds gearing up.

✅ M2 Competition for Coilovers, knuckle adaptors, adjustable arms, crank hub, coding and exhaust work.
✅ 2 underside restorations on 335i and s15
✅ Lots of alignments
✅ S15 Rb project finishing up

R32 GTR OG SPEC‼️‼️

A recent refresh we helped with on.

This Gtr was needing a fair amount of rust repairs, on all corners, quarter panel rebuilds both sides, lots of repairs on rear panel, sill work and so much more.

A very period correct car with an original veilside kit and some period correct engine bay parts.

EVO RESURRECTION!!
The Evo 6 TME you saw previously was deep in rust repairs but is now all repaired and back into underside colour 😍

✅ New rear chassis legs
✅ Multiple rust repairs around the whole car
✅ 5 Stage re coating process

The car is now brand new and ready for the rebuild to happen 😍

R34 Skyline resurrection! ‼️

A project we’ve watched from afar for some time and always been a fan of, finally in need of the finishing touches to get it all to come together and be usable.

We have the car now to get it right for 👌
❌ Engine was having troubles so we’ve stripped it down to show some fair damage across the board, from a lack of oil pressure, damaged pistons, damaged bearings, damaged block and much more. It’s well in need of a refresh on the engine front.
✅ aside from that it’s a host of the small jobs that always haunt the end of a project to get it all to come together and work.
Once we have the engine back ready, we will be tacking all the other small jobs to get the car into a place where it can be used and driven properly!

A mental last couple of months!
We had lots of cars to build and prep for this years Arctic trip and what a success it was!!

✅ The shop RX7 FD build complete and performed absolutely perfect all week in the Arctic -30 conditions
✅ we built E92 m3 into a snow drift warrior with a host of parts and much more and was unreal on the snow all week for her!
✅ The shop E92 M3 drift car had a small revamp, maintenance and upgrades for the arctic and again was incredible out in the snow for everyone to enjoy!
✅ JZX100 MK2 got a load of maintenance and specific Arctic prep and was unreal all week, loads of party taxi laps 4 man up and reliable as always
✅ supercharged e92 m3 had some maintenece and upgrades and again was an animal in the snow all week long!

An incredible trip all round with a bunch of incredible cars!

Now we’re back and flat out with lots of projects in the shop! More updates to come this following week 😍
