To all of our customers, we will be remaining open but our hours will be changing.

Please share this so everybody knows.....

I know some of you are nhs staff or work within the Emergency services it self, we have decided to remain open to help you if you are in need of any assistance.

Our opening hours will be for the next 3 weeks 8am until 1pm.

If you are nhs staff, or within the emergency services and need assistance out side of these working hours, please message us!

We will travel down and open up and get you sorted out and back on the road ASAP 24/7.

A notice to all customers,
there may be a little disruption of the next couple of days at our entrance, the building in front is being demolished over the next couple of days.

At the entrance there will be someone to guide customers through and out for the safety of our customers whilst the demolishing work is taking place.

Can you beat Sam’s mileage out of his Sumitomo tyres???

Sam from Alicias Cars has achieved 55,000 miles on his front set of Sumitomo Tyres, he does the odd airport run but mainly running around the city.

His rear tyres are still in good condition what mileage do you think he will get out of them????

Look at the wear on them,equal right across also they was still legal.

More proof that by looking after your tyres and maintenance of current pressures saves you money in the long run.

13 years ago we took over Mp tyres, a small part worn tyre dealer that was in decline purely because of peters health. At 20 years of age when I got the keys I didn’t realise how hard it would be.
Now it has been one of our greatest achievements turning the business around to become what it is today it was a long and hard road. We achieved being here today purely because of our customers.

Due to how busy we are getting and the large volume of top of the range cars coming in it is time to upgrade to the latest and best tyre fitting technology.
You all are aware we pride our selfs on taking care with your wheels and our customer care.
In a couple of weeks time our new tyre machine will be installed and no tyre leaver is required!!

Welcome to the official page of Mp Tyres, as many of you already know we are a small family tyre business dealing with new and partworn tyres and not great at keeping up with technology on the marketing side because we have always concentrated on word of mouth that was worked brilliantly.

This is why we are launching our page now in 2018.

What has been going on???

Well we can happily say we are now official supplier of Sumitomo Tyres.

A little bit of information on Sumitomo tyres.

Sumitomo builds tyres for other brands as well which you will know. The most notable is Dunlop and falken, which is one of the oldest names in the tyre business.

They do not do as much marketing of their own tyre brand compared to many of the other brands as of yet but this year that is going to change now they have hit the English market.

So while they fly a little bit under the radar, they have plenty of expertise in building tyres, our customers already have taken to the brand since the launch of Sumitomo's 3 months ago. A very competitive priced mid range tyre with the wet weather grip, fuel efficiency the same also generally quieter than other leading brands like Continental and Pirelli.

Many thanks for all of your custom and support over the years, if it wasn't for you our customers, we wouldn't be in the position that we are currently in being a official supplier of the 6th largest tyre company in the world.
