We’ve been a bit slack with posts recently, thats not because we’ve been doing nothing - Its been quite the opposite 🔧 🚛 🔧

Here’s a nice simple one from today. A customer asked us to have a look at their Volvo FM that refused to start.
A quick dive underneath to check and it was soon discovered that starter motor had reached the end of its life. We swapped her out for a new one and now she’s back to starting on the button. 🔧

More roadside fun 🤩

We were asked to attend this MAN that refused to build up air. 🚫💨

The fault was traced to a faulty compressor head which was replaced at the side of the road 🔧

The best helping the best!

Our local Snap-On dealer had van problems earlier so gave us a call 📞

One of our IVR trained technicians attended. Upon arrival he found that a power steering hose was at fault. He carried out a temporary repair at the roadside, saving on potential recovery costs whilst replacement parts were sourced.

We were recently asked to look at this beautiful Massey Ferguson 135 which refused to start.

The fault was traced to the ignition barrel which was soon sourced and replaced.

Going up ! 🛗

We were called to a customers yard to look at trailer with failed air suspension.
We quickly diagnosed and replaced a faulty pressure valve and the suspension is now working as normal 🔧

The sun is shining ☀️ and so are these new brake discs and pads.

Front and rear transit discs and pads replaced at a customers depot ensuring maximum road safety and minimum vehicle downtime. 🚐 ⬆️

🔧 Another Volvo I-Shift gearbox overhauled 🔧🔧

This particular I-Shift became an I-don't-want-to-Shift and started crunching gears and intermittently not selecting any.

The box was removed from the vehicle and stripped. We identified that the splitter syncro was worn out.

The syncro was replaced, the box rebuilt, refitted and the vehicle back on the road 🚛💨
