We specialise in the maintenance & performance tuning of Audi, Bentley, BMW, Jaguar, Land Rover, McLaren, Mercedes, Porsche, Vauxhall & Volkswagen vehicles. In 2007 we moved into our current Southampton premises, located off of Junction 5 of the M27, 2 miles from Southampton Airport & 82 miles from Central London Regal Autosport is easy to access via vehicle, train & plane. Our services include wheel alignment, corner weight balancing, DSG/S-Tronic gearbox repairs, decoke/carbon cleaning of engines, ECU software upgrades and much more.

1. VW Golf R - Dropped off by a customer who made the trip over from France, now checked in and ready for its upgrades. Worth the journey!⁠
2. Jaguar XK - Service completed alongside replacement rear drop links, banishing those knocks and rattles over bumps and keeping the XK feeling tight on the road.⁠
3. Range Rover Evoque - Diagnostic into a battery fault, tracking down what's draining power so there are no more flat-battery mornings.⁠
4. VW Transporter - Diagnosing a range of electrical faults, working through each one methodically to find the cause rather than throwing parts at it.⁠
5. VW Tiguan - DSG service carried out, helping keep gear changes smooth and protecting the gearbox for the long run.⁠
6. Mercedes GLE350d - Diagnostic for a non-start, where we found evidence of mice in the engine bay 🐭 Suspected wire damage is now being traced, a reminder that rodents can cause serious headaches for modern cars.⁠
7. BMW E92 325i - Diagnostic into a radio fault, getting to the root of the issue so the tunes are back on the drive.⁠

MINI JCW Stage 2: 243HP to 290HP +112Nm

Is Stage 2 worth it on a MINI JCW? We took a customer's MINI John Cooper Works F56, fitted a full Milltek exhaust, a Forge Motorsport intercooler and our own Stage 2 ECU software, then put it on our in-house rolling road to find out. The results? 290HP and 479Nm - that's +47HP and a massive +112Nm of torque over stock!

Watch the full process as we:
- Run a baseline dyno pull on our in-house rolling road
- Fit a Milltek Large Bore Downpipe with Hi-Flow Sports Cat and non-resonated Cat-back Exhaust with black tips
- Upgrade to a Forge Motorsport JCW Intercooler

This Week in the Workshop 🔧 From Porsche performance upgrades and in-house diff builds to servicing, diagnostics and injector testing 👇🏽

1. Porsche 911 GT3 - Wavetrac L*D installation completed, replacing the worn OEM L*D that was opening up and allowing inside wheel spin. The result is better traction out of corners and more confidence on road and track.
2. VW Golf R - Routine service completed, keeping it running strong and ready for whatever's next.
3. Land Rover Discovery 2 - MOT carried out along with the subsequent repairs, keeping this classic Disco safe, legal and back on the road.
4. Injectors - Tested in-house on our ASNU system to confirm correct operation, ruling out misfires, rough running and poor economy before they go back in. A service we also offer to customers.
5. Jaguar F-Pace - Service completed, keeping it reliable and ready for the daily miles.
6. VW Golf GTI - Diagnosed a fault causing the car not to downshift properly from 4th gear, tracking down the root cause rather than throwing parts at it.
7. Porsche Panamera - Brake fluid flush completed. Brake fluid absorbs moisture over time, which can lead to a spongy pedal and reduced stopping performance.
8. Wavetrac Diff - Axle fully built up in-house with an all-new pinion gear, ready to go out to a customer.
9. Porsche Cayenne - Parking camera replaced, restoring a clear view for tight spaces and stress-free parking.
10. VW Touareg - Diagnosed a water ingress issue, finding exactly where it's getting in before it leads to damp carpets, electrical faults or worse.

MOT day for this McLaren 570S didn’t quite go to plan...⁠

A broken front spring meant an instant fail. But with both front dampers well past their best, the owner made the smart call: rather than patching up one corner, we replaced both front dampers to get the front end back to how it should feel. Balanced, planted and ready for the road again.⁠
⁠
Suspension wears slowly, so you often don’t notice how tired it’s got until something gives. If your car’s feeling a bit floaty, crashy or unsettled, it might be time to get it checked.⁠

Track car suspension is only as good as the weakest link 🏁⁠

Standard rubber control arm bushes flex under load. On a track car, that means vague feedback, changing geometry mid-corner and less consistency lap after lap.⁠

1-2. McLaren 570S - Front spring replacement carried out, with both front dampers found to be faulty during inspection and replaced too, restoring the ride and handling as it should be.⁠
3. BMW M4 - BILSTEIN B16 coilovers, MMX 2-piece discs, Tarox Corsa pads and braided brake lines fitted, plus ECU and TCU software tuning with before and after dyno runs to back up the gains.⁠
4. Range Rover - Service and MOT completed, with a brake line replaced to keep everything safe and roadworthy.⁠
5. Mercedes GLC43 AMG - Service and MOT completed, keeping it reliable and ready for the miles ahead.⁠
6. Bentley Continental - Service completed, helping keep everything working as it should.⁠
7. Range Rover Sport - Service and MOT completed, alongside front arms, rear discs, pads and calipers replaced and the rear diff serviced - a proper refresh all round.⁠
8. Wavetrac Differential - A90 Supra diff sand blasted, painted and built up in-house, ready for delivery to the customer.⁠
