ovider of call tracking services for the car industry. In 2006, the company invented TrackBack®. This unique system tracks calls made by dealers in response to leads provided to them by their manufacturers – a source of historic contention between them:- one believing their leads were being ignored, the other believing them not to be worth following up. In late 2009 the company developed their Sales Call Analysis (SCAN) service. It had become apparent that customers not only required the metrics of calls made to and from them to be analysed, but also their content. Soon car manufacturers themselves turned to SCAN to replace aspects of their costly and often ineffective mystery shopping programmes. And as car manufacturers and dealer groups requested increasing sophistication and ease of use in viewing the aggregated data that Calls2Account could reveal about their dealers’ call activity, a comprehensive reporting suite evolved which became known as NetworkInsight. Due to growing demand for its services, and in particular it’s unique TrackBack® product, in Q1 2013 the company upgraded all of its telecommunication infra-structure in order to expand its operations in the UK and internationally. The company currently operates from 2 offices – a Technical Centre in Southampton, and Administrative Headquarters in Teddington, West London. Over £1m has been invested in its technology to date and the company is still owned entirely by its directors.

We are looking to recruit a Customer Experience Team Leader to manage a team of part-time customer experience analysts and assist the in-house manager.
