Summer is nearly upon us and the winters projects are starting to come to an end. Some of the projects include:
The lovely folkboat. We have fitted a new feather stream propeller, shaft and cutlass bearing, bushes the rudder pintails to loose the play, stripped and re-varnished the coach roof sides, re-painted the coach roof top, tweaked the deck layout to ease sail handling as well as various other repairs and mods.
A beautiful Swordsman 40. She has had the exterior toe rails and rubbing strokes stripped and re-varnished. All the high gloss varnish work in the cockpit re-done as well as some interior repairs. Now back in the water the final few bits can be finished ready for the new season.
The set of Presto Marine davits have how been fitted and are working well. They give the owners a hastle free way of launching and recovering their tender whilst keeping it secure at sea.
We have also been preparing a Sadler Starlight 395 for season as well as fitting a few SUR Ribs, including one onto an Oyster 80.
