CUSTOMER NOTICE
At Tip Top Tyres we are more than happy to fit new alloy wheels, new tyres, or a combination of both, that customers have purchased themselves. That is not a problem. Speak to us in advance and we will organise a time.
However, we will not carry out this service on a Sunday. Sunday's are reserved for new tyres and emergency punctures only. Any additional services are Monday to Friday until the last hour of business, and first thing on a Saturday morning, when we are fully staffed and our suppliers are open.
We are sorry if you find this unreasonable but those rules are there for good reason.
Unfortunately we have received a negative review today which has led to this explanation. Sam arrived unannounced wanting us to take all of his wheels off and replace them with other wheels and tyres he already had. At the time of his arrival, and by the time that it would have been his turn, Sam was allowing us a maximum of 18 minutes to do this job before closing. We had two other cars to do first. We declined. We are sorry if any of you find this unacceptable.
So, for the avoidance of doubt, we absolutely will do change overs for customers. If you have bought your own wheels and/or tyres it's not a problem. Just come and chat first. Please don't expect us to cram it in within the last 20 minutes of a Sunday.
