Well done Kaylee on your pass at Currie today. Always nice when the examiner compliments you on a really nice drive. You can get that new car sorted now. Onwards and upwards. 🎉💇🚗

Nailed it. Rush hour in Dunfermline didn't seem too bad for Erik today. Great drive, kept his cool. Result was a happy examiner and even happier dad as he hadn't told him it was his test day 😂
Well done and thank you to mum Maria for all the private practise. 🤸⭐

Great couple of days delivering Knowledgeablee Instructor Training trainer the trainer course in Motherwell with Mick Knowles

I listen to many and varied podcasts and recently came across In Good Company.
On my walk today, it hit me that sometimes, when we coach drivers or instructors, we may feel that the barrier is the coachee.
Have you ever considered it might be your own barriers that prevent progression.
Have a listen to Jo and Zoe. Well worth it.

Well done Niamh for a great drive in Kirkcaldy this morning. You were patient and more than ready for test. I guess that's your mum's car in your possession for the summer 😂 before Uni.

What do you do when your afternoon clears? Go for a walk with your pal Barney. Makes sure the boots are getting well broken in for the Macmillan Cancer Support Mighty Hike in August. If you haven't had a chance to consider a wee donation, here's the link? People have been so generous.
I'm also doing for Mind with lots of other driving instructors and since January I have completed 2,569,038 steps 😁💪🚶
