Today I attended the The Approved Driving Instructors National Joint Council - ADINJC Scottish Conference.
It's essential that CPD is part of our business and the presenters today included many road safety professionals.
I was particularly touched by Dr Ian Greenwood presentation on how we can help our younger drivers transition and flourish without becoming a crash statistic. It's evident I do well in this regard but I would love to be able to help our schools develop more interventions and behavioural change before 17. Road Safety Scotland George Henry was there also and I couldn't help voice my thoughts (Sorry George if this reaches you) but he listened and I'm encouraged.
Thank you Stewart Lochrie for making this happen for the third year. ****Success****
