MAZDA RX7 🇯🇵 in the workshop for a coolant leak, after a cooling system pressure test the radiator was found to have crack/hole in the core.
so we’ve supplied and modified a new updated radiator core to go into the V mount intercooler set up and also designed and fabricated an engine/radiator lower shield to protect the engine, radiator and intercooler from road debris and foreign bodys…

2003 FORD F150 🇺🇸 in the workshop for an engine non starting fault and for some work in the exhaust system.
the non start fault was caused by a faulty starter relay, new relay installed and now it starts up like a dream!
the exhaust system has a major leak from the exhaust manifold and some very corroded studs holding it to the engine.
After lots of heat, penetrating fluid and turning backwards and forwards we managed to remove all studs and replace with new studs and exhaust gaskets.
we also installed a new stainless steel exhaust system to give it that V8 burble we all love 😎

1982 Classic Mini 🇬🇧 turned up at the workshop running like an absolute dog, after checking the internal engine components condition using compression tester and leak down test we then moved on to the ignition system.. the distributor cap was very worn out, as was the coil and rotor arm.
after installing a complete new genuine LUCAS ignition system and correctly setting the ignition timing the engine now runs sweet and the Mini’s ready for some summer cruising 😎 ☀️

1978 Chevrolet Corvette 🇺🇸 in the workshop having its complete body off chassis restoration completed, when it arrived at the shop the engine barely ran and after some diagnosis and a cylinder leak down test we found that 2 cylinders have excessive leaks causing severe misfires due to lack of compression… after stripping the engine down and removing both cylinder heads we cleaned all mating surfaces and internal components to inspect for damage. on inspection we found hairline cracks on X2 valve seats and damage to the cylinder block… after discussing the repair options with the owner we went ahead and sourced a freshly rebuilt 355CI Small block chevy engine sporting a performance camshaft, roller rockers and all new internals.
after installing the engine and getting the car running and driving again we then had it Dyno jetted on a rolling road to achieve the optimum performance. we’ve also completed lots of other jobs to complete this vehicle including:
heat wrap full exhaust system, insulate the inside of bonnet, replace all 4 brake calipers and pads, paint and install bonnet+T-top panels, full transmission service/flush, carry out repairs to seat bases, carry out wiring repairs for various electrical components and then re assemble all parts to have the car back in it complete form. the Corvettes now looking and driving better than when it left the factory 😎🏁🇺🇸

Rover V8 powered Ford Model T Hotrod 🇺🇸 🇬🇧 in the workshop for an oil leak from the automatic transmission…
we found that the gearbox selector shaft seal was faulty and leaking fluid so sourced a genuine Borg Warner lip seal and replaced it.
No more oil patches on the floor and another pride and joy is ready for a summer of car shows and events. 😎

1955 Ford Fairlane 🇺🇸 in the workshop due to steering failure, we’ve stripped the steering box apart and found that the sector shaft bearings have failed and broken up. The parts are completely unavailable in the UK and the USA so we’ve had no choice but to machine/manufacture them from scratch to get the job done… after rebuilding and adjusting the steering box it’s now behaving how it should and another happy customer has their pride and joy back for the summer 😎 #1955
