We managed to finish off mounting the cycle wings today, a few little jobs to do, then all finished.

Chief test driver Neil, his first drive in Kermit, forever in his debt for all his knowledge and wisdom and all the help he has given me over the last five years. These builds would not have got finished without his invaluable help.

Last run now with the 4 air filters removed. That's more like it 172bhp. Yamaha R1 2005 engine.

These took 50bhp off the engine. That's why on these one off special builds you need a rolling road session before going out on the track.

Run on the dyno, new chain run in and adjusted. We had a disappointing 122 bhp, when we checked the mixture it was running very rich. It felt restricted so we took off the air filters and with the mixture sorted, it made 172bhp, exactly as expected. We need to totally redesign the air intake system. Speedo miles out we got 184 mph on the original Yamaha dash lol. So something else to sort out. My thanks to Dave from Canems for all his help on this project.
