When a Ferrari arrives with us at Solihull, the first step before any repair begins is a thorough Vehicle Damage Assessment and it's a process that takes time for good reason.

Our Vehicle Damage Assessors carry out a detailed inspection of every panel, surface and structural point. What's visible to the eye is the starting point, not the conclusion.

Impact damage can travel beyond the point of impact, affecting structural integrity in ways that only a deeper assessment can reveal.

Using Ferrari approved tools and equipment, and following the correct repair method for each individual Ferrari model, our team ensures every element of damage; visible and structural is properly identified and documented. Only once that process is complete is a full Vehicle Damage Assessment report produced. This is the document that forms the basis of an accurate repair estimate, whether for an insurer or a client directly.

Getting the assessment right takes time. It's time well spent!
