🏁🏎️ It’s been a busy year so far for the team here at Oakwood! We can’t thank these guys enough for the time and effort they put into their work. Even with the heatwaves that we’ve had this year, they’ve never failed to come together as a team and get the job done. Whether that’s the workshop team keeping your cars going, or the mobile guys out on the road! 🛞

So, what better way to blow off some steam? Food, beer and some go karting! With Callum taking the win 💪🏼 a big welcome to Callum and Lennon who have recently joined us, you’ll be seeing these guys out on the road with our mobile team.

The team have been busy fitting, come rain or sunshine, day or night! We are extremely proud of the team we have here at Oakwood and value the commitment they have to our independent business.

Tyre fitting is a physically demanding grind that will test your limits in all weathers. However, we pride ourselves as a team in knowing that our job is crucial to keep drivers safe on the roads! It also means that when we have a satisfied customer it makes every drop of sweat worth it 😊

We are very excited to launch our new website. We hope that our customers find this page more accessible and easier for their needs. You can now book your tyres online with us, selecting either for them to be fitted at a destination of your choice or at our depot in Snetterton!

All you need is your registration 🚘

The website details some of the other services that we provide here at Oakwood tyres. Although we are specialists in tyres, we also have a substantial amount of experience in other service areas.

Oakwood Tyres Ltd is a local independent tyre fitting company, that is looking to welcome an experienced commercial fitter to our growing company. At Oakwood tyres we pride ourselves on looking after our staff and will support you in your professional development as we expand further in the future.

Daily tasks will involve:

• Fitting car, van and 4x4 tyres both in the depot and mobile at customers premises
• Fitting truck, agricultural and industrial tyres independently on customer sites and roadside
• Fleet checks and completing service work
• Keeping the workshop, vans and tools clean and well maintained
• Providing a high standard of customer service
• Working as part of an established and friendly team

What is included:
• An extremely competitive salary with overtime available
• Full work uniform and PPE supplied
• 4 weeks holiday per year plus bank holidays
•Being a part of a close knit team

Working hours will be 8:30-17:30 Monday to Friday and 8:30-12:30 every Saturday.

A full UK driving license is essential

The ideal applicant must have experience in fitting all types of tyres to all vehicles.
