Audi S2 in for a turbo support this was a long process due to the heat in the workshop but we got it done

Little job on a Kawasaki z750 restomod the exhaust was all over the shop we simplified it taking out a bend and getting it nice and tight to the swing arm made up a hanger and then polished it all after 👌🏼

S3 came in for some clearance issues around the foglight grills
Customers nots make it clear the grills with minimal front panel cutting. Done ✅

I must say the cooler works very well indeed there’s a clear temperature drop from boost in to boost out
Then it was time for a new intake too
I thought about how all the intakes off the shelf run straight over the top of the turbo and manifold and suffer quite a bit with heat soak this way it’s keeping away from the main heat source we think it looks a bit different too

Just need to see what it all does on the dyno soon

So the old tsi that was installed in the caddy decided that it didn’t like the timing chain where it was so now it’s having a full ea888.3 in its place this time round it should last longer than 1000 miles is38 bolted on 3.5” downpipe incoming to mate to the 3.5” exhaust that’s it’s already got 👌🏼💪🏼

Had this monster in for some exhaust work gone is the and one of ours in its place forgot to get a video of this but will get one soon customer was really happy with the sound went up to 3” with twin 2.5” outlets valved system

We’ve got this really cool in for a few cooling mods and a size up for a new exhaust later in the year
These cars suffer with a lot of heat in the engine bay with no real way of getting rid of it
We’re going to take care of that with some venting ducts underneath the car then with the modified exhaust tail pipe it should have somewhere for the heat to escape

Been quiet on here for a while lots of jobs going on behind the scenes did this 4x4 Merc 18t truck rear under run bar and light brackets ready for the body to go back on
