Mike brought his work van in for a new thermostat and housing today!

Nice big job on these cars needing to remove a lot underneath and a lot on top to get to it!

Fan off, rad off, charge cooler off, EGR off, throttle body off, air intake off amongst all the different various coolant and vacuum pipes this thing was buried!

Eventually got to it and got it replaced but unfortunately uncovered another potential issue!

On the throttle body plug there was a heavily corroded pin which wouldn’t have been ideal..

Throttle body on the way to hopefully get this car back together asap!

Greg brought his car in for a repair! His rear arm had a failed alignment slot which was causing his car to go out of line once he hit a bump or cornered hard on track etc etc

Unfortunately it meant he needed a new arm! And then another alignment to make sure it was pointing straight!

Fingers crossed this will be the last alignment it needs in a little while 😉

After that he needed a smoke test as there was evidence of a leak somewhere!

Found the leak and I’ll be fixing when he’s ready!

Robert’s Audi R8 in for a couple of aesthetic parts today!

Front splitter and side skirt extensions!

Wanted to fit a rear wing as well but it came in primer so it’s been sent off to paint to make sure it comes back the same colour!

Few more jobs to do in the near future so watch this space!

First Supercar in and it makes me super proud that it’s in my garage! Hopefully first of many 😉

Alignment for this Audi today!

Steering wheel was slightly off to the right so customer wanted it straightening up!

Fought me this one but eventually got everything straight for optimal tyre wear! Glad to know I was able to get it sorted for him!

New rear drum brake pads for Liams van today!

Unfortunately had a brake cylinder fail on him which meant he had no brakes luckily caught it before he wasn’t able to stop at all!

New brake cylinders, new brake shoes and all new clips and springs! After a fresh brake bleed now he has brakes again!
