One of the most rewarding parts of our job is hearing from customers when we've genuinely made a difference.

Adam Sincliar, Cleethorpes Motors Ltd. recently shared a story that reminded us why we do what we do.

A long-standing customer had chosen Adam to repair their vehicle following a non-fault accident. Unfortunately, after speaking with their insurer, they came back believing they could no longer use his business. They had even been told Adam wasn't VAT registered, which simply wasn't true.

Like many repairers, Adam could have accepted the situation and moved on.
Instead, he gave us a call to explain what had happened.

We looked into the circumstances, challenged the information professionally and worked with the parties involved.

Later that same day, the repair was back where it belonged.

Adam kindly wrote:
*"They don't just network estimates. They do everything possible to earn us as much money as possible. It is the best thing I've done in business to date."*

Comments like that mean a great deal to all of us.

Our job has never been about simply producing estimates. It's about supporting repairers, helping them overcome challenges and making sure they have someone in their corner when situations become difficult.

That's something we're genuinely grateful for.

Over the coming weeks, we'd like to introduce you to the people behind Estimate Solutions, starting with the person who founded the business over 20 years ago – Andrew Hill.

Andrew has spent almost four decades in the accident repair industry, beginning his career as an apprentice panel be**er before progressing through bodyshop management, estimating and vehicle damage assessment. Having worked with Audatex since the early 1990s, he has seen the industry evolve from handwritten estimates to today's increasingly complex repairs involving advanced vehicle technology and manufacturer repair methods.

Estimate Solutions was created because Andrew recognised that many independent repairers simply didn't have the same support or resources as larger repair groups. Too often, good businesses were losing out because they didn't have access to professional estimating or someone in their corner who understood both the repair process and the insurance industry.

That belief hasn't changed.

Today, Andrew still works closely with repairers across the UK, helping them maximise legitimate repair revenue, navigate insurer requirements and ensure every estimate is prepared accurately and in line with current repair methods.
