NRG Riverside is pleased to announce the acquisition of Specialist Fleet Services Limited from the Paragon Banking Group. NRG Riverside will acquire the entire issued share capital of SFS. The transaction is expected to complete in July 2026.

This strategic acquisition signifies NRG Riverside’s ongoing commitment to invest in quality businesses to enhance the solutions offered to customers, whilst building a sustainable and secure business for colleagues and partners to depend upon.
