In the rush to save weight and improve fuel economy, where once was a spare wheel in your car's boot is now just empty space.

To counter this have introduced this spare wheel kit which is available to order through any of our Bush Tyres depots.

Fortunately for the owner of this vehicle, they had very luckily purchased their very own Road Hero kit which within 24 hours, they needed to use.

The great thing about this kit is that the owner was then able to drive their car to our Bush Tyres Grimsby depot to get fitted with a new tyre to replace the damaged one.

Each kit contains:

Wheel Brace,

Life is all about balance, life gives with one hand and takes with the other. If you like to take photographs of trains and note their numbers down in a book you call "The Journal", then chances are you're a bit dull.

If you enjoy eating lots of baked beans, then there's a high probability that no one wants to sit near you following your meal.

You buy a 5.0ltr Ford because it looks and sounds incredible, but above all is thrilling to drive. This then offsets the pain of fuelling it every 15 minutes. Drive it around town and you'll get 14.9mpg, but what a 14.9 miles it will be.

Rational thought goes out the window, you just want one, no, you need one.

What Ford's designers did when they created the new was to build a car that looks like it's moving really quickly even when its stood still.

One of the Ford Mustang's little known safety features is that when it is moving, people in the next street, possibly the next town can hear it moving, thus giving them ample chance to move out of the way.

On this Mustang, Ford's safety department went even further by painting the car in Hi-Vis green, which just goes to prove how seriously they take the safety of other road users.

With over 440bhp being produced from the cars 5.0ltr naturally aspirated engine, transferring everyone of Ford's 444 snarling horses through to the tarmac requires a pretty special tyre.

's F1 tyres and in particular their 255/40R19 were the choice of fitment when the owner of this Mustang visited our Bush Tyres Skegness depot.

Whilst the car was at branch and with all new tyre fitments we recommend checking the which can improve handling, and increase fuel ecomomy and tyre life, though in this Mustangs case, it might get an extra couple of mpg.

But then again you don't own a car like this to worry about mpg, you buy a car like this because it makes you feel alive.

Nokian Heavy Tyres with their pioneering 2.0 system which is fitted as standard to their tyres are a real gamechanger.

With Intuitu 2.0 sensors installed within the Soil King tyre, data is transmitted via to 's Intuitu smartphone app.

At a glance you can see the pressure within each tyre, the temperature of each tyre and now with the intuitu 2.0 system, the loading the tyre is subject too.

With this accurate data the operator can improve power transfer, minimise soil compaction, improve fuel economy and extend the lifespan of the tyre.

It could be argued that open top motoring harps back to the early days of the automotive industry when car designers had little or no interest in adding a roof to their creations.

As the industry evolved the need to wear goggles, driving gloves and a substantial wind cheater fell out of favour. Interestingly though, The United Kingdom has more convertible cars on the road that anywhere else in Europe.

Perhaps somewhere deep down in our national psyche the need to feel the wind in our hair and the sun on our face whilst behind the wheel never left us, & given the choice, a Ferrari #488 makes for a pretty good option for open top driving.

And with a 488 Spider, the roof down thrill combined with the feel of the steering, the sound of the engine over your shoulder roaring away, you need to know that the tyres that are keeping everything under control are up to the task.

Pirelli's are undoubtedly a great choice, and that's exactly what our Bush Tyres Skegness were asked to fit by the owner to their Ferrari 488 Spider.

Couple that with the fact that our Skegness depot is recognised as a , the quality of the fitment and related work has passed a strict 130 point audit which happens twice yearly by Pirelli themselves.

To the fronts they fitted and balanced a pair of 245/35ZR20XL 's and to the rears a couple of 305/30ZR20XL PZ4's to complete the set.

Not only will this Ferrari look good, but it will brake, accelerate and handle just as the 488's Italian wizards had envisaged.
