Outer Arches: Because the factory ‘U’ channel is prone to holding mud, ensure the we properly treat the inner cavity and use CSL-style smooth lips to prevent moisture from returning. Genuine BMW repair panels should be utilized whenever possible.Jacking Points: These are major rust traps on E46s. We cut out the rotten metal and weld in fresh 3 mm repair or reinforcement plates.
Wings: Replacing the front/rear wings completely clears the corrosion rather than merely masking it. Carbon Black Respray: This is a tricky, premium metallic color. must match the specific flip (where the deep blue pearl pops under light) and we use quality clear coat.
