Customer called our office yesterday explaining that their work van wasn’t starting, went out and diagnosed a faulty battery 🪫
The customer had to leave early yesterday and asked if we can fit the battery today

Customer came in with a lovely VW Golf
Unfortunately it had developed a squeal under load and strong fumes in the cabin
Located where the sound was coming from and decided a smoke test was the best option to determine exactly what has failed 💨
Turns out it was the egr pipe a quick gasket replacement and the customer has their vehicle back sounding as good as new!

Now we have a workshop we have been veering away from the mobile side but don’t panic we are still here to help! Like this customer with his Renault the vehicle was unable to be moved with a snapped spring
Upon strip down we found the shocks were also faulty and customer opted to replace the full front suspension
