Range Rover sport 3.0tdv6 was suffering from restricted performance issues and oil being pushed back into the air box.

the culprit was the COSV valve being stuck open, this is due to the vacuum operated actuator being seized solid.

Now rebuilt and working correctly with no performance issues.

Replacement of the front ACE pipes today on a 2010 TDV8 sport , these had numerous splits from corrosion causing fluid leaks and active suspension faults.

Replacement isn’t an easy task with having to separate the body from the chassis 4 inches to gain access to replace.

We have been very busy today!

Another sport picked up today from the customers home at a time to suit them for inspection due to suspected turbo failure , very common on the TDV8 and TDV6 anywhere between 90k / 130k miles , we’d always recommend getting these replaced if you’ve not had them done yet!

- Brand new pistons x 4
- New crank bearings and rod bearings
- Oem timing chain and tensioner
- Oem oil pump
- All gaskets and covers replaced.
- New fluids throughout
- New injectors x 4
