A customer brought their car to me as their Aircon was not working. After my initial diagnostic assessment, I found the system had no leaks and had a fault with the pressure sensor circuit. After testing the circuit I was able to confirm the sensor was at fault.
After fitting a Genuine sensor and carrying out an aircon service the aircon system was up and running again.

In the automotive industry you often hear people asking if that garage diagnostic tool is better than other companies. The fact is that diagnostics is all about a logical process and that the diagnostic tool is only as good as the operator.

I recently looked at this Citroën C3 for an ABS light illuminated up on the dash. I advised the customer that I would need to carry out a diagnostic assessment.

Being armed with the right technical information and the correct tooling we were set to diagnose the fault. I scanned the vehicle to find a fault code stored for O/S/R wheel speed sensor circuit.

In live data the ABS module could not see the wheel being rotated, I tested the wiring to the sensor and confirmed that the wiring was good and the sensor was at fault.

I informed the customer to get the go ahead to fit a new sensor. I fitted a new ABS sensor, cleared the faults and carried out an extended road test to confirm our fix.
