This Renault T480 recently joined us in the workshop for a fitment of dual line hydraulics!

It was completed with a slim line rear of cab hydraulic oil tank to utilise all available chassis space as well as 400mm steel extensions to allow for easy hose pivoting and top mounted suzies.

Scania R450

Brought to us with an outdated walking floor system, we carried out a conversion to tipping application. renewing perished hoses, reusing the tipping valve and mounting the rotating adaptors on a bridge in front of the fifth wheel, to bring it up to current industy standards.

A recent install of a Binotto bulk tipper hydraulic kit complete with a rear of cab oil tank on this MAN TGX 26.520.

Following a call on friday, the truck arrived on site the following monday and was completed alongside professional photos for the customer a few days later.

🔧 Binotto Body Swap Completed

Our team recently carried out a body swap on two DAF vehicles, removing both the steel and alloy bodies before installing the alloy body onto the customer's preferred unit.

As part of the work, we also:

✔️ Resealed an existing non-Binotto ram
✔️ Installed a new rear hinge assembly
✔️ Fully greased all relevant components
✔️ Conducted thorough operational testing to ensure everything was performing correctly

Another quality job completed and returned to the customer ready for work

Another successful installation completed at our premises in Loughborough.

This 18-tonne DAF has been fitted with a Binotto TFC B3 107 cylinder, with all parts and bracketry supplied and installed by our in-house team.

The cylinder is backed by a 3-year warranty, with all associated components covered by a 1-year warranty, providing added peace of mind for our customers.

In the workshop this week 🅱️

A retrofit loadcell system fitted on this 32t Grab, with a Binotto 9.2655.269 underfloor ram.

Completed with a new rear hinge loadcell assembly, removal of old cylinder mounting and installation of new loadcell cradle. Wire up & calibration completed on site ready for work the following morning ⚒️
