A very rare opportunity is available to join our growing team. We are a Rotherham’s #1 rated body shop and are currently looking for motivated Vehicle Preppers.

We have multiple positions available but they are expected to fill quickly. If you take pride in your work and have a "can do" attitude then we want to hear from you!

The Role:

As a Prepper, you will be the backbone of our paint and repair process ensuring every vehicle that leaves our shop meets our high standards of quality.

Key Duties Include:

❤️Surface Prep: Preparing brand new parts and repair panels for primer and paint.

💙Strip and re-fit: Efficient removal and re-fitting of vehicle parts.

❤️Paint Tech: Assisting with paint matching and mixing.

💙Diagnostics: Conducting vehicle checks before and after repairs are completed

❤️Valeting: Final cleaning and valeting to get vehicles customer ready.

💙Growth: Engaging in continuous on-the-job learning and development.

What We’re Looking For:

While previous experience in a body shop or garage is preferred it is not essential. We value the right attitude and a willingness to learn above all else.

❤️Reliability: You show up ready to work and can be counted on by your team.

💙Detail Oriented: You have a keen eye for detail and never cut corners.

❤️Team Player: You can work independently but also take direction well within a team.

💙Communication: Good listening and communication skills are a must.

❤️Licence: A valid UK driving licence is required.

💥 This Tesla model Y suffered a horrible buckled dent to its tail gate. The damage to the bodyline & panel edge made for a very complex repair.
🔹The customer is due to hand the car back and this sort of damage would result in heavy fines from the lease company.
🔹Tesla approved repairs would average around £4-5k to replace and paint the panel. PDR (Paintless Dent Removal) was the far more preferable option for this.
