10 years ago I left a good Job Working at Mike Brewer Motors, working with and for good people, Company car and a long list of benefits to try and do a bit for my self .
I bought my self a van that I new wouldn’t let me down , a trusty Hiace and had some space to work in my dads workshop at his home .
A year later by chance I stumbled across a unit in a corner of yard , forgotten by it owner, Even left with the lights on for 6 months !! Little did I know it would be where I’d build my bussiness from into what is today .
Its not been the easiest of rides along the ten years , I’ve dealt with fires , scammers , fraudsters , people who’s abode is towed behind them trying to rip you off and them want to stab you and “ burn the place to ground “
But ten years later I’ve got a team of people that will do for me what I will do for them and that is a lot . I’ve got customers that still come from when i used lay on the ground under a jack in the dark on an evening . Some that travel from North , East and West Yorkshire , the Derbyshire dales and some even further .
In all I’m very greatful for the Staff , customers and friends I’ve made over the last ten years and hope it shows that I don’t take it for granted .
A final thank you goes out to my wife Charlene , who without her being at home and holding me up in times of stress and hardship I wouldn’t have had the strength to carry on . A true rock .
