VW Golf MK6 ED35 came to us for us a misfire and poor performance. We removed the inlet to find heavy carbon build up and no.2 injector had been butchered.
We sent the injectors for testing to find 2 and 4 were under performing 2x new injectors fitted.
We the carried out a walnut blast to remove the heavy carbon build the car now drives absolutely perfect, the customer couldn't believe the difference.

Stunning Mercedes Benz C63s AMG in for a noise over bumps and turning right.
We found the drivers side front lower arm ball joint was the issue.
New part ordered and customer rebooked.
This is a surprising fun car especially when the customer gives you the key and comes for the ride 🤣

Ford Transit Connect 1.6TDCi came in with a broken cambelt/stripped teeth, the customer was told by multiple garages it required a new engine.
We stripped the top end to find 7x broken rocker arms, spun lobes on the cam and cylinder 7 missing a valve spring collet.
Removed the sump and found alot of roller needle bearings plus the missing collet, we also cleaned the head of debris.
We managed to refit the collet in situ with out removing the head.
New camshaft, 8x rocker arms and lifters, cam seal, rocker cover gasket, new battery, oil filter, 5.2l of oil, cambelt kit with water pump, fresh antifreeze.
Road test then returned to the customer

Sadly didn't get pics of the car
22 plate Audi RS3 that had done too many launches resulting in the transfer box exploding .
Customers supplied us a new unit for us to replace, we fitted and supplied new genuine oil quick road test the RS3 now had 4 wheel drive again.
Rebooked for more work

One of our regular customers had a massive coolant leak, we quickly diagnosed the leak coming from the oil cooler housing and thermostat crossover pipe.
We changed both parts and added new coolant,bled the system plus oil change due to contamination from the failed cooler.
Repaired parking sensor fault and at the same time carried out a gearbox service.
Customer was over the moon to have her car back in no time at all.

This was one hell of a project for a young man that needed it more than anyone after been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer....

This was one hell of a project for a young man that needed it more than anyone after been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer.
The family had it recovered to us to build and tune his car they way it should have from day one.
We spent alot on parts, alot of time in labour
And there was parts supplied by the customer making sure it was near as perfect as possible.
We replaced the following and fitted uprated parts
Head gasket set, head skim, CGA4 cams, new gaskets, radiator, silicone hoses, coolant, oil and filter, injectors,255lph fuel pump with RR fuel regulator and adaptor, 1.5mm spacer plate, new silicone breather hoses and catch can, new plugs
This a small list before tuning and what an animal this little CG10 has be come.
We then had an open day with a BBQ to hand over the car and wow what a turn out it was

Fiat 500 came to us for a new cambelt and water pump and a coolant flush plus oil and filter, while we had it we found it had an exhaust blow.
We found the manifold gasket was blowing due to broken studs we replaced all 8x studs and nuts with uprated parts along with a new gasket now sounding alot better and driving lovely
