DM Valets & Detailing – Cancellation Policy

To ensure the smooth running of our business and to minimise lost time and bookings, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. (Excluding weather)

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the total invoice amount.

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will also be subject to this fee, as the allocated time slot cannot usually be offered to another customer at short notice.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and appreciate your cooperation and consideration for the time reserved for your booking.

By confirming a booking, customers acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.

Thank you for your understanding and for supporting DM Valets & Detailing.
