Busy busy as usual. This one was a bit different to see on the rollers for a dyno testing.

Honda prelude mk4 2.2 H22A vtec with the 4WS system

Making over the factory rated power of 185bhp that the later versions have. Check out the dyno graph 🧪📈

Gorgeous 2016 Audi SQ5 3.0 BiTDi in for stage 1 tuning on both the engine and gearbox.

🔸️Gains of 52bhp 128nm 🔥

Datalogs didn't show any issues just generally down on power although the delta gains are the gains and transforms the performance of this vehicle.

We have recently been asked if we have experience tuning Landrover Defenders....

Here's a few recent ones we have done 🧪📈

Facebook will only let me post 15 photos however I have found photos of almost 100 individual Defenders on our 4x4 rolling road!

From a series 1 on carburettors to TD5's to 2.4TDCi Puma to 2.2TDCi Puma engine and M57 converted ones we have tuned them.

Another Audi Q7 3.0 V6 TDi in for our proven oil pressure update, EGR update, Adblue update and stage 1 tuning. One of many many cars (Mainly Audi's 🧪📈😎) we tuned yesterday 💪

This one was interesting. 535D in for dyno testing and help with diagnosis of its lack of power.

Having over multiple messages between myself and our customer regarding possible faults and the owner working through them, the power was still down.

The next step was for myself "Joel" to book in for one of our rolling road diagnostics sessions with live datalogging.

After confirming the vehicle was already tuned, had DPF, Swirl flaps and EGR off solutions applied the owner confirmed the vehicle has a DPF delete also......

As arrived the car was producing 146bhp 366nm 😬 📉 We ran through the fundamentals and everything was in order under the bonnet. Live data for the DPF was showing clear. Boost request correct for a stage 1. Rail pressure good etc etc. I decided that the DPF must be still installed having looked at the EGT temps and the power we were seeing. This vehicles DPF hasn't been able to regen for over 1 year!! Customer wasn't convinced...

Off the dyno onto our 4 poster ramp. And as seen from the photo the DPF was blocked solid from front to back (large unit on these older 35d's)

DPF sorted and refitted we ran on the dyno again and saw 316bhp 600nm from memory on the previous tuning.

Xhp stage 3 gearbox software was then installed with us (Xhp pro main dealers for our area)

Then we retuned ourselves 😎🧪📈

Arrived with 146bhp 366nm left with 359bhp 729nm 💪💪

Based at Rosehill Garage Shebbear which has been established for over 25 years as a family business.

Our team are highly experienced and big car people owning and building various high powered vehicles ourselves including our 580bhp Es**rt Cosworth and 500bhp Renault Megane R26 track cars.
