This BMW F31 came into us with the customer reporting a gradual loss of engine coolant over time. 🔧

After a thorough inspection, we traced the leak to a cracked coolant pipe tucked away out of sight beneath the inlet manifold.

A genuine BMW replacement pipe was ordered and fitted, followed by a complete coolant change and a full system bleed.

Another hidden fault found, repaired using genuine BMW parts, and the cooling system restored to full working order. ✅

This 430i came into us with a major coolant leak. After swiftly tracing the issue to a failed oil filter housing, a call was made to Stratstone BMW Maidstone. They had the correct part in stock, and with a speedy delivery of said part, we were able to get the repair carried out, and the vehicle back to the customer on the same day.💪

A huge thank you to everyone who attended the ETA BBQ and made a donation. Thanks to your incredible generosity, we managed to raise £329.01.

Today marks exactly four years since Geoff lost his battle with cancer. In his memory, all of the money raised will be donated to cancer research.

A big shout-out also needs to go to everyone who helped make the day happen. You know who you are, and we truly couldn’t have done it without you.

Thank you once again to everyone for your support, generosity and for helping us remember Geoff in such a special way.

This F46 220d came into us with an engine warning light showing on the dash.
Using genuine BMW ISTA, we were able to diagnose the issue to a faulty ADPF sensor.
The correct part number was provided to BMW for the part to be ordered.
Once the DPF sensor was replaced, the DDE software was updated to the latest version to accept the sensor and all codes cleared.
