STORY TIME - why you should never trust main dealers…

This BYD is 4 months old and when the customer bought it the dealership sold them a ceramic coating as part of their package.. when i maintained this vehicle for the first time about a month ago it was clear there wasn’t any protection on the paintwork at all.. after showing the customer and showing them how water behaves on a protected vehicle they were extremely disappointed to find out there wasn’t no coating on their vehicle… The dealership even had the cheek to put a sticker in the window to say it had been ceramic coated.. after the customer confronted them they only offered a small portion of their money back

Now I’m not saying all main dealerships are like this but I see and hear of it too often…

Anyway…. This BYD has now had a full decontamination wash, single stage polish to ensure the paintwork is in the best possible condition. a 5 year ceramic coating and looking great✨

Prepping this Transit Custom for sale… nasty scratch down one side taken car of 🫡

This vehicle received a full interior clean with a stage 1 machine polish to ensure the van was in the best possible condition for sale

Some areas required a little more attention with the polisher to remove deeper scratches and imperfections in the paintwork ✨
