🔥 Honda CRF450 2018 Engine Rebuild 🔥

Customer brought this bike in with some serious knocking noises coming from the engine 👀⚙️

After a full inspection, we carried out a complete rebuild using quality genuine parts including:

✅ Genuine gasket kit
✅ Main bearings
✅ Oil pump
✅ Valve stem seals
✅ Exhaust valve springs
✅ Cam chain
✅ Vertex piston

Now running strong and ready to ride again 💨🏁

2005 YZ125 top end rebuild completed the other day. On inspection, the piston was found to be the wrong size — bores should always be measured on every top end rebuild. It’s a must, don’t guess!

Power valve fully cleaned as standard on all builds. 🔧

We also carried out a full fork rebuild due to leaking seals.

This classic Kawasaki KX250 came in after a rod failure — and with the bottom end never previously touched since new, it was time for a full refresh.

🔥 Fresh Build Just Finished 🔥

Check out this absolute head-turner we’ve just completed at Prestige MX 👀💚💜

This Kawasaki KXF250 (2011) has been fully rebuilt and transformed. From the bold colour combo to the fine details throughout, this one is built to stand out on and off the track.

The engine came to us in pieces after a major bottom-end failure. It’s now been completely rebuilt in-house, and the customer is over the moon with the performance. 💪

CRF450 2022 – Customer’s bike wouldn’t start. On inspection, the intake valves were tight. We adjusted them, however the leak-down test still showed 76% leakage. Top-end rebuild done and now she’s at 7% leakage.
