What a day.
Got blamed off a customer for allegedly cracking their windscreen from doing 4 x wheel balances, common sense would tell you the wheels are no where near the windscreen.
Slandered us about it all over Seaham Have Your Say.
Luckily our cameras saved our bacon and proved that when the car was dropped off it already had a crack on the windscreen prior to being dropped off.
He removed the post from Seaham Have You Say, I’m assuming down to realising they made a mistake and quite simply made himself look like a fool.
No apology, no empathy nothing, just said his wife was stressed and going through a bad time…
