The Astra Mk5 1.9 150BHP — and one that’s right up our street! 😎

Myself and Craig have always had a bit of a thing for these engines. They’re definitely an underrated power producer when you know what to do with them! 💨

This one came in for:
🔧 Timing belt & water pump
🔧 Inlet manifold repair/weld
🔥 A little bit of extra power
💻 In-house remap

A few sensible upgrades and a bit of CH Motors magic to wake it up! 👌

This Amarok came into CH Motors with a coolant leak, so we got straight to work diagnosing the issue and putting it right. 💪

While carrying out the repair, we also fitted a genuine timing belt and water pump, helping keep this hard-working VW running reliably for the miles ahead. 🚙💨

The customer brought the vehicle to CH Motors after noticing a droning noise while driving. Following a thorough inspection, we identified a faulty wheel bearing and a worn ball joint.

Both components were replaced, ensuring the C4 is safe, smooth and ready for the road. 🚗💨
