We are looking for a vehicle mechanic / technician to join our friendly team.

What you’ll be doing:

Diagnosis of Faults
Servicing vehicles – carrying out checks and maintenance according to the manufacturer's guidelines
Repairing and replacing faulty parts and components
Removing car parts from accident damaged and recovered vehicles safely and to ensure that they are suitable for re-sale to the trade and public

The things we are looking for in a candidate:

Confidence in diagnosing and repairing faults on vehicles.
Can work well independently but also able be adapt to work with others when needed.
Some experience with diagnostic equipment.
Interest in learning new skills.
Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in mechanics would be ideal.
A driving licence.
Must have own tools.

Hours:

The basic hours are 8:00 to 5:00 Monday to Friday (40 hours)
1 hour lunch break (unpaid).

Pop into your local Co-op store and buy a pack of Cadbury Mini Eggs (for 2021 there’s a new Mini Eggs bar, but it’s not clear from the T&Cs if this is an eligible product for this prize draw – so probably better to stay safe and purchase a bag!). The prize draw is not advertised on the packets but you may see the promotional stand in store.
Text MINI plus the last 4 digits of the barcode on the pack to 60777* (cost is your standard network rate, usually between 8p and 10p) – the barcode is not unique, and will be the same on every same-size packet of Mini Eggs regardless of where you buy them!
Keep your receipt safe – you’ll need it if you win!

We’re Hiring.......
A part time Packing position has become available.
BMS are looking for an experienced Packer to join our Team.
Working 5 hours per day Monday to Friday.
The ideal candidate must be able to work well within a busy and at times hectic environment,be able to work well within our BMS team and also have the initiative to be able to work alone.
Duties include packing a variety of used and new car parts of various weights shapes and sizes to meet courier and post deadlines.( Light house keeping duties are also part of this position)
