Audi TT Mk1 – Haldex Service, Spark Plugs & Health Check 🔧⚙️

This Mk1 TT had some important maintenance to keep it performing at its best:

✅Recent Oil and filter change with Oversized Mann filter (W940/25), Shell helix ultra 5w40 & Lucas oil synthetic stabiliser
✅ Haldex service using genuine Febi oil and filter
✅ Fresh set of NGK BKR7E spark plugs, gapped to 0.7mm (0.028")
✅ Engine compression test – solid results across all cylinders: 155–170 psi
✅ Full vehicle inspection and engine bay cleanup
⚠️Found Waterpump weeping coolant so ordered all genuine INA Timing and Waterpump kit(belt due in 15k so doing it all now)

Routine maintenance like this ensures reliability and performance, especially on Quattro-equipped cars where Haldex upkeep is key. 💪

Audi TT Mk1 Quattro – New 3" Toyosports Cat-Back Exhaust Fitted 🔧💨

We fitted a ToyoSports cat-back exhaust to this Mk1 TT Quattro — but it didn’t go on without a bit of custom work.

The centre section came reduced to 2.6”, so we carried out some fabrication to ensure a true, full 3” system all the way through. Now it's flowing properly, with performance and sound to match. 💯

VW Passat In for Full Service & Stage 1 Tune 🔧🚗

This Passat came in for a comprehensive service including:

✅ Genuine Volkswagen Oil, Air, and Fuel Filters
✅ High-quality Volkswagen Engine Oil
✅ Fresh sump plug for a clean finish
✅ Quick engine bay cleanup
✅ Stage 1 performance tune for improved response & efficiency

✅ Stainless steel hose clamp fitted to replace the broken original

✅ N75 valve relearn and throttle body adaptation (following a recently fitted new N75)

During our inspection, we also noted:

⚠️ Worn bottom arms and a tired gearbox mount – replacements recommended soon
⚠️ A snapped boost pipe clamp causing a minor boost and oil leak
⚠️Under boost codes in the ECU health check.

We cleared all codes & cleaned up the affected area, installed a new stainless clamp, restoring boost integrity and sealing the leak.

Another job done properly — using genuine parts, expert tuning, and full attention to detail. 💯

🚗 Astra H 1.9 CDTI – Stage 2 Prep & Dyno Results 🚗

We recently had this Astra H 1.9 CDTI in for Stage 2 tuning. During the prep, we spotted a serious issue with the Airtec intercooler installation — the clamp bolts were pressing into the radiator, risking damage. After addressing that, cleaning the MAF sensor, and performing a full mechanical health check, the car was ready for the dyno.

💥 Dyno Results:

- 199.5 bhp
- 419 Nm

Strong and healthy boost curve, with smooth power and torque delivery throughout the rev range.

💡 Proper installation, tuning, and maintenance make all the difference — this Astra is now performing at its best!

Ford Focus ST mk3 With stock intercooler, stock downpipe & Stock cats. Top end power limited for safety & reliability until the Intake & downpipe are sorted.

Back press causes the Wastegate to open if it's slightly weak.

New Actuator recommended too, along side downpipe & Intake/intercooler.

Then it's back for more :D
