Over the past month or two we have cleaned 3 of these freshly fabricated generator frames for a local paint shop ready for paint. The convenience of the laser cleaner really pays of on jobs like this, as we are able to clean the frames on site in the paint booth. Blasting would require a HGV to transport the frames too and from the blasters. The closest being over 40 miles away.

Paint stripping available for all types of intricate shapes and objects. The laser makes light work of those hard to reach spots. Unlike abrasive blasting methods, fibre lasers do not risk damage to the substrate material.

For those wondering if fibre Laser cleaning actually works, here are a couple items we stripped today using 40% of the 2000w lasers incredible power. This method can be used to remove paint and other coatings, rust, aluminium oxidation, oil grease, and other contaminants.

Busy couple of days. A 1985 mercury that coughed into life for the first time in many years following a new stator and CDI. A hull repair to an RS400 that found itself on the rocks, and a humber that came unglued due to a manufacturers defect. It's now time for some 🌞 see you all in 9 days ✈️.
