After spending several years off the road, we were delighted to bring this early 1936 SS100 2.5L back to life. The recommissioning work included a full service, new tyres, a re-cored radiator, reconditioned steering box, new king pins, a new water manifold, and many other improvements.
Now ready to be enjoyed once again, we hope the owners take full advantage of the warmer weather ahead and relish the experience of getting this wonderful car back on the road. ✨

The 1928 Dennis 30cwt.

Purchased by my late father, work began on transforming this vehicle into a bus. Following his passing, we were fortunate to find a family who shared the same vision. They entrusted us to complete the project, and it was incredibly rewarding to see my father’s dream finally brought to life.
With no drawings or patterns available, the task was a challenging one. However, we hope you will agree that our team did an outstanding job completing the build entirely in-house, just as my father would have wanted.
We wish the new owners every happiness and many years of enjoyment.

FOR SALE

This 1939 SS 3.5 litre saloon is in very good original condition, it has never been restored. It has always been kept in dry storage.
The car has the original bespoke pig skin interior with flat panels instead of pleated which is in excellent condition. The carpets have been removed so would need a new set.
Mileage shows 29,000, original SS tax disc holder showing Dec 1961 and original hand book in almost perfect condition.
A newly fitted exhaust system and radiator have been added, the tool tray is mostly complete and the chrome is very good.
The car runs and drives really well, the paintwork is original and would benefit for a respray but the car could be driven away and used as it stands now.
It is matching numbers, probably the most original, authentic SS 3.5 litre in existence, this car could be very valuable with a bit of work.

1948 Jaguar MK4 3.5 litre saloon
Concours condition.
Special order for Jaguar Car’s director and general manager Arthur Whittaker. He retired from Jaguar Cars in 1968 after 46 years, starting out with Swallow Sidecar Company in Blackpool.
Ordered in black with tan pigskin upholstery and burr walnut veneer. The car today is in very similar condition as to when it was delivered to Mr Whittaker, winning first place at Concours whenever shown. In 2018 it won the Grand Challenge trophy at National Jaguar Day staged at Woburn Abbey then going through to the Champion of Champion’s at the NEC to represent the SS Jaguar Register.
Now owned by Mr Whittaker’s granddaughter and used for his great granddaughter’s wedding in 2019.

Only covering a very low 65,000 miles from new, it really doesn’t get much better than owning a MK4 Jaguar in this concours condition with an amazing history.

Hi 👋 just an update on what’s been happening over here in the last couple of months.
We have been very busy since the turn of the new year with servicing and re-commissioning SS and MK4 cars.
So far we have been working on two MK4 3.5 litre engine rebuilds. We have had a beautiful MK4 from Spain in the workshop which has had refurbished dampers, new brake shoes, new rear hubs, seals, bearings and much more, ready for tours of the country.
We have also had some steering boxes refurbished, we’ve been fitting a new stainless steel exhaust systems and fitted a new five speed gear box conversion, plus much more!
