A Neal Jennings steering box twinned with a juice pedal conversion kit from Dennis Lacy on an original pedal set we repaired and rebushed, now all the repairs are done on the chassis soon it’s time to come off the table to finish up the last fabrication jobs and dry assemble everything.

Often overlooked part of fitting a dropped axle with original spindles bending steering arms to give you plenty of turning circle. These will be run with steering stops on the cotter pin but the amount of cars you see without care taken is surprising. It’s not quick but it’s right! A original style tie rod cut down and re threaded for the narrower track width installed too.

WLA Week, 41’ nearing completion it’s gonna have to run its 16” wheels for now as the correct colour spokes seem non existent at the moment to build up some 18”s. But it’s nice to see it coming together in all its correct colours thanks to the Palmer book & a 43’ in for running issues and an incontinent petrol tank!
