Ups and downs yesterday for the W-A-S Racing Team. Early on Shaun Goverd looked quick in the first few laps of qualifying but unfortunately he had contact with another car bending his suspension and destroyed the front end. The damage was just to bad for us to repair at the track and something that would have to done back at the workshop.
On a different note Shaun Deacon had an awesome day with two class poles two class wins and two fastest laps and not only that he finished it off with a new Class Lap Record of a 1.14.867 and beating my lap record back in 2017 with a 1.14.908.
Well done to everyone and thanks for all your help and support.
Next meeting is Grand Finals 7th October.

Another good day at Castle Combe Circuit for the team. Well done to Shaun Goverd for two poles in qualify, two outright wins and two class wins. Shaun Deacon also did amazingly well with two class wins with 3rd and 4th overall. Can we repeat this again at the next meeting please. Thanks for everyone’s help and support throughout the day. See you all in July.

Tomorrow we are hosting a day at Castle Combe Race Circuit where we have a variety of 12 cars giving passengers rides around the circuit to raise money for charity.
The day starts at 9am and will finish about 4pm with donations going to Dorothy House Hospice and the British Heart Foundation, two charity’s close to our hearts.

Minimum donations of £20 for 2 hot laps. We look forward to seeing you then!
